Career Opportunity: Tourism Traineeship in Award-Winning Agri-Tourism Business
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences? Do you have an interest in tourism, local produce, and creating memorable moments for visitors? Join our award-winning agri-tourism business in the Meander Valley as a Tourism Trainee!
This can be a full-time, or part time/school based traineeship role with the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Tourism while gaining hands-on experience in a thriving and dynamic industry.
You will need to have your own transport as there is no public transport available to the farm site at Hagley. Being available for Saturday shifts between October to April is also a requirement.
About the Role
As a Tourism Trainee, you’ll be the face of our business, welcoming visitors and helping them explore the unique offerings of our region. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Delivering outstanding customer service to visitors.
• Advising guests about tours and promoting other businesses along the Cradle Coast Tasting Trail.
• Managing online orders and ensuring seamless fulfillment.
• Contributing to social media marketing, including content creation and engagement.
• Organizing and maintaining stock and sales displays.
• Hosting guided tastings and sharing the stories behind our products.
• Assisting with event planning and execution.
