Shipping policy

Hazelbrae will ship your goods for delivery in Australia with Australia Post.  Our current shipping days are Tuesday to Fridays, and shipping may take up to 4 business days depending on distance from Tasmania.  Major East coast centers are generally 1-2 days. Delays may occur around public holidays and Christmas.

We usually express post to mainland Australia with flat rates of $12 for small/medium parcels, and $15 for larger parcels. A $25 shipping rate applies to parcels over 5kg weight including the packaging.
