The macadamia nut flour gives a lovely subtle flavour and can easily be used as a substitute for other nut flours. It comes in a handy resealable size. I have been very pleased with this product.
I bought this product solely to get the recipe for the Macadamia shortbread…it did not disappoint,glad I have enough for two more batches!!

Fabulous, another flour to my list that’s not wheat. Bought it to make your macadamia shortbread - incredibly tasty easy to make- suggest making
double batch as there was only half the amount left to put into the tin fro the rack!!
I was delighted with this product. I love using ground almonds and the macadamia flour makes an excellent alternative.
