I love this oil in European baking and in salads. So aromatic and soft
I tried the raw, the roasted, and the chocolate covered nuts. All excellent and reminded me of picking hazelnuts as a young lad. It's also great to have an Australian hazelnut oil to add to salads et cetera.
I have used it regularly for seasoning foods , in salad dressing, in baking - in both sweets and savoury dishes.

I recently had dinner at a friends house and tasted Hazelbrae walnuts. They were so crunchy and yummy I went home and ordered nuts, oil and other goodies in the middle of the night. They arrived very promptly and all are fabulous. Hazelbrae have a long term fan now!
