Hi. Your hazelnuts are brilliant. I have 3 hazelnut trees of my own - so I run out quite quickly. I like to activate and dry/salt my hazelnuts personally. I discovered Hazelbrae Hazelnuts by accident, tried a small sample first ; they were brilliant! They had a perfect taste and texture!
