I would like to thank Christie, her family and everyone working at the Hazelbrae farm, for producing and making available to us the best hazelnuts we have ever eaten. We feel lucky we came across, and visited the farm during our travels in Tasmania in January this year. The Hazelbrae hazelnuts (I buy the roasted ones) burst with freshness, crunchiness and deep beautiful flavour. Since our visit we have become frequent consumers and faithful fans of Hazelbrae hazelnuts!
