This Spanish style fig cake just oozes luxury sweetness! Looks amazing on a platter, or serve thin slices on a plate with cheese and lavosh. This item is our version of the Spanish delicacy Pan de Higo.
Tip: Best sliced when cold

A firm favourite in our household as the combination of hazelnuts and figs pair together so well. Delicious in taste and always firm but moist. Now, if only it came in a larger size!
The product is moreish and tasty.
However, it isn't a cake the noun creates expectation of a bigger serving. I was personally disappointed at the small size of the slice for the price. May I suggest a larger serving made into a roll and perhaps market it as an ideal addition to a cheese platter. Well done! It's delicious! Cheers.
