This Spanish style fig cake just oozes luxury sweetness! Looks amazing on a platter, or serve thin slices on a plate with cheese and lavosh. This item is our version of the Spanish delicacy Pan de Higo.

Just dried fruit and nuts, no added sugar according to the ingredients list. The log (I wouldn’t call it a cake) is very delicious. A bit on the expensive side and I think I could probably make it myself if I could be bothered.
