A nutrient dense GF flour alternative made from 100% Australian grown hazelnuts. This meal is a by-product of the oil extraction process therefore is virtually fat-free nut meal, and has a much longer shelf life. This high protein, mineral rich meal is good for adding to porridge, biscuits & baking, crumbed fish, crumbles for desserts etc.
Tip: when replacing other nut meals, consider adding extra oils/butter to the recipe to make up the moisture. Hazelnut oil makes up approx 50% of Hazelnuts as a guide.

I'm so impressed with the products.
I have made hazelnut roulade and gluten free hazelnut biscuits with the hazelnut meal and the roasted hazelnuts are a taste sensation...o also bought some hazelnut butter and I found it hard to stop eating direct from the jar!. This is a wonderful Australian product and something the producers should be incredibly proud of!
I made the Hazelnut and banana bread recipe on the website . It was brilliant even though I only had 1 banana. It kept well in the fridge and toasted up beautifully. I gave some meal to my neighbour to try and she is now a fan

Generally I use all the items in my own cooking before buying them as gifts for my friends and family. The roasted nuts and flavoured nuts are for my assorted nut mix which I share with family and friends when i have visitors or as a gift,

The hazelnuts ioil is my go to for salads and desserts. In fact I now love your hazelnut meal as a substitute for almond meal which I use in most of my cakes and desserts.
