I mainly use hazlenut oil in salads and on roast vegetables. You don't need much to give a lot of flavour. I have also used it in special cakes, which demand quite a lot of oil, but the result has really made those cakes extra special. This is a lovely product.
This oil has so much flavour and it’s perfectly nutty without any bitter aftertaste and very fresh. I will definitely be buying again and have already recommended to so many . Hope they don’t sell out for me 🤩🤣
