I've been a long time fan of Hazelbrae's nutty butter, and tried Hazelnut Oil as something different. Did not disappoint!! Such a beautiful flavour - my go to is on some yoghurt and berries or through a salad.

I recently noticed on instagram a reference to Hazelbrae hazelnuts.
I went to their website, loved the sound of all their local Tasmanian products and immediately ordered online a bag of nuts plus a 250ml bottle of oil.
I received my order extremely quickly and have used the nuts, roasted and chopped, in a salad plus in an apple crumble topping, and the oil in the salad recipe as provided on the oil label, for a roasted beetroot, fetta and hazelnut salad.
I took the salad to a luncheon with a bunch of vegetarian friends and they raved about it and absolutely loved the very distinct hazelnut flavour of the salad.
I will definitely be reordering more.
