The hazelnuts I received were incredibly fresh and tasty. I don’t mind paying for good quality like these.

But I also ordered Dukkah because I never trid before. I used this dukkah as topping for quattoro formaggi pasta. Smell good and texture and flavout helps the meal as well.

We have been ordering your hazelnuts and other products for many years and always so proud to serve them to our guests. I am always thinking up new ways to use them. This week we served Hazelnut crusted Lamb Racks with our beautiful succulent Rathmore bred and raised lamb. The overall taste feel of this Granola is nutty and crunchy rather than overly sweet. Totally delicious, hope it's good for me! Top with organic plain yoghurt and fresh fruit.
