Spread on crumpets with a thin smear of mascarpone, this is perhapps the best breakfast ever. The dark chocolate spread is superb. I will try it next between two pieces of bread as French toast.

I tried the raw, the roasted, and the chocolate covered nuts. All excellent and reminded me of picking hazelnuts as a young lad. It's also great to have an Australian hazelnut oil to add to salads et cetera.
