I alternate dressing from olive 🫒 oil and lemon 🍋 to hazelnut oil without the 🍋 juice gave the salads change in taste

They are perfect - every nut whole and roasted to perfection - none are burnt. The vacuum packaging keeps them fresh - in this last shipment one bag had been punctured - so we are eating these immediately (well I had to have some excuse ...) and the others will keep for Christmas - again thanks for the excellent service and great, aromatic hazelnuts are just a joy to eat.
