The macadamia nut flour gives a lovely subtle flavour and can easily be used as a substitute for other nut flours. It comes in a handy resealable size. I have been very pleased with this product.

I discovered these nuts at a market in Hobart . They are the best nuts I’ve eaten . I’ve tried supermarket hazelnuts that get imported from overseas and they are inedible. These Tasmanian ones are fresh and tasty . Best ever .

Our chicken thighs or drumsticks have a mouthwatering taste sprinkled with hazelnut dukkah, then roasted in the oven!!!
There’s never a morsel left on the baking tray.
We’ve also sprinkled the hazelnut dukkah on pork fillet medallions prior to cooking them in a pan. Yum and yum!
We’ve tried other brands of dukkah, but this is the BEST! It’s perfect!

Full of Hazlenuts and Raisins!

I mainly use hazlenut oil in salads and on roast vegetables. You don't need much to give a lot of flavour. I have also used it in special cakes, which demand quite a lot of oil, but the result has really made those cakes extra special. This is a lovely product.

The dark chocolate surrounding a fresh hazelnut, equal balance of good quality of chocolate , to crunch in the mouth, one after another. Once started, it is never going to stop. Will order again and again.
